Cancellation Policy
1. If notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to schedule arrival the customer shall be entitled to a refund of the deposit less an administration fee of $20.00 2. Deposits for bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded less the administration fee, if the accommodation has been re-let provided cancellation is not received on the day of arrival. 3. There will be no deposit refund if the booking is cancelled on the day of scheduled arrival. 4. There will be no deposit refund if the customer fails to arrive on the day of the reservation. 5. There will be no refund for shortened stays.
